Shopping with racketsportsdurham.co.uk
When you place an order for a product via this website, you are offering to buy it,
for the price stated, subject to these terms. When you place your order online, we
will check availability and if the product is not available, we will let you know by
E-mail.
Racket Sports may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to
do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products, at any time, at
it's sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products
will be refunded in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights. All new orders are deemed seperate
and each is treated individually.
Price
The price for each product is shown on racketsportsdurham.co.uk. We always try to ensure that the prices on racketsportsdurham.co.uk. are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products of your order, we will inform you, as soon as possible, using the contact details you supply us with.
We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details, based on the delivery address you specify.
Prices are quoted on racketsportsdurham.co.uk. in British Pounds Stirling. Please
note that all charges and refunds are made in GBP and racketsportsdurham.co.uk.
cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Payment
You must pay for your order before it is dispatched. Orders are Processed Online through PayPal.
You do NOT need a PayPal account, you can pay by Credit\Debit card by going through the checkout process, then clicking "Don't have a PayPal account" on the PayPal sign in screen.
Availability
We try to keep racketsportsdurham.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available.
If we cannot supply a product, you will not be charged for it and we will reund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us. All offers are available while stocks last.
If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible after receiving your order. If this happens, you can cancel your order and we will refund the money you paid.
Delivery
racketsportsdurham.co.uk delivers within the UK only, unfortunatley we are unable to ship any orders outside the UK. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details.
We offer standard delivery (Average 7-10 working days) and express delivery (Average 3-7 days). Orders are despatched either by tracked mail or by courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, so please specify an address where there will be someone available to sign for your order between these times.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on racketsportsdurham.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within 15 days, please contact us by e-mail, we will try and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Please note that while items sent by mail usually arrive within 7-10 working days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classed as lost.
Please order from racketsportsdurham.co.uk with enough time to prevent any loss or dissapointment, resulting from the delivery time, as racketsportsdurham.co.uk cannot be held responsible for this. This in no way affects your statoury rights as a consumer.

Returns
We believe you will be happy with your purchase from us but there may be
occasions when you feel it neccessary to return an item. We try to keep the process
as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statoury rights.
We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that
product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
Please contact us by email to inform us of your wish to return products. We will provide our returns instructions and may allocate you with a returns code (RMA) which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. We advise obtaining proof of postage.
Unwanted Products
If you are not satisfied with an item when you receive it,please notify us by e-mail within 7 working days.
We will provide you with our returns instructions and you can return it to us, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state, complete with packaging and all components, within 30 days, enclosing your details.
we will refund you with the price you paid for that product (excluding any P&P and a restocking fee of 20%).
We will make the refund directly, through PayPal, once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
We must receive the item back before we can issue a refund.
This does not affect your statoury rights.
Faulty Products
We do everything we can to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition.
However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, please let us know by email and we will offer a replacement or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us.
We must receive the item back before we can issue a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Responsibilities
racketsportsdurham.co.uk has tried to make all the descriptions (including pictures)
of the products, as accurate as possible. Please check the delivered products as
soon as possible on receipt and reject the package if it appears damaged.
racketsportsdurham.co.uk will provide it's services with reasonable skill and care,
but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations, in respect of any
other persons services.
Because of the nature of the internet racketsportsdurham.co.uk provides and
maintains racketsportsdurham.co.uk on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes
no promise that use of racketsportsdurham.co.uk will be uninterrupted or entirely
error free.
We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for
any reason beyond our control.
